  • We warrant our products against defects in hardware and installation.
  • During the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace any defects at no charge. Please note, certain exceptions may apply as detailed in your individual quotation. This quotation, along with the limitations outlined in this document, will constitute the final terms of the warranty.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty starts from the date the product installation is completed at your premises.
  • You’ll receive a warranty certificate by email within a week after we receive the final payment. This certificate will confirm the exact start date of your warranty period.

Included Services During Warranty

  1. Technical Assistance:
    • We ensure immediate assistance, offering responsive support through WhatsApp or phone, with a guarantee of addressing your queries either within the same day or by the next working day.
    • Should an issue remain unresolved after phone consultation, we’ll schedule an on-site support visit within 10 working days.
    • We’ll cover the transport and administrative costs for sending our technical staff to your location for an in-depth evaluation. This provision applies unless your signed contract specifies differently.
  2. Component Management: We will coordinate with the fabricator or manufacturer to arrange and obtain any necessary replacement parts, without any additional cost to the client, unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement.
  3. Hardware Replacement: Any defective hardware components under warranty will be replaced free of charge.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This warranty applies only to products purchased from Harmony Furnishing Pte Ltd.
  2. Proof of purchase must be provided upon request for validation.
  3. This warranty is valid only when the products are fully paid for.
  4. Our team must have access to the defective products for inspection and repair.
  5. In some cases we may bring in the manufacturer’s representatives for an evaluation.

Limitations of Warranty

  • This warranty does not include the removal or disposal of any system.
  • The warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from:
  1. Normal wear and tear such as color fastness, minor fraying at edges, slight loosening or wear at pull chain (if applicable), and dust accumulation.
  2. Usage aside from normal, proper and reasonable manner
  3. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out. This includes, but is not limited to, changing structural components, using non-approved parts for repairs, or altering the system in a way that deviates from the product’s intended use and design as specified by Harmony Furnishing.
  4. Misuse, abuse negligence or accident however caused to product
  5. Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product
  6. By force majeure (lightning, floods, war, etc.)

Non-Covered Items

  • Items not included in warranty coverage
  • Software or firmware updates for motorized blinds or accessories.

Recycling Commitment Statement

We are committed to environmental responsibility. As part of our service, we ensure that any replaceable parts are sent to relevant companies for recycling wherever possible, minimizing waste and supporting sustainable practices.

At Harmony Furnishing, we are proud to offer a comprehensive five-years (5) warranty for the installation of Zipex blinds. Here are some key points to help you understand the scope and details of this warranty:

  1. Product Functionality: Zipex blinds are expertly designed to offer varying levels of ventilation, catering to diverse preferences and needs. However, it’s important to note that while they enhance comfort by allowing airflow, these blinds are not entirely air or water-tight.
  2. Fabric Selection: The choice of fabric is yours. We encourage you to consider your specific needs. Please be aware that:
  • Light conditions inside your space post-installation can vary significantly based on factors like the sun’s direction, the time of day, and the size of the area.
    • While our blackout fabrics are designed to significantly reduce light penetration, a minimal degree of light seepage may still occur under certain conditions.
  • The ability of the blinds to retain cool air depends on various elements such as air conditioner placement and power, room size, and balcony size.
  • The amount of water that may seep through, particularly with non-waterproof fabrics, is influenced by wind strength, rain intensity, and other similar factors.
  1. Fabric Imperfections: Minor imperfections in fabrics are natural. We will replace the fabric free of charge only if any scratch or dent is clearly visible from 2 meters away.
  2. Fabric Replacement
  • There may be slight visual differences in fabric replacements due to colour variations in different production batches.
  • If the original fabric is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with a different fabric.

Repairs and Replacements

  • Onsite servicing is covered for the first year. After this, charges apply for transportation, delivery, scaffolding, and labour.
  • Harmony Furnishing reserves the right to replace defective parts with new or refurbished ones, that are similar in quality and functionality.
  • Any replaced parts will be retained by us.

Limitations of Warranty

  1. Normal wear and tear such as color fastness, minor fraying at edges, slight loosening or wear at pull chain (if applicable), and dust accumulation.
  2. Usage aside from normal, proper and reasonable manner
  3. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out. This includes, but is not limited to, changing structural components, using non-approved parts for repairs, or altering the system in a way that deviates from the product’s intended use and design as specified by Harmony Furnishing.
  4. Misuse, abuse negligence or accident however caused to product
  5. Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product
  6. By force majeure (lightning, floods, war, etc.)

Defect Reporting

Any defects (configuration, strength and colour) must be reported within one month of installation.

Maintenance Tips for Longevity:

  1. Retract the blinds completely during very strong winds.
  2. Ensure the blind fabric is completely dry before retracting.
  3. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or oil-based lubricants like WD40 Multi-Use.
  4. Follow the guidance provided in the Zipex Owner’s Manual, which you will receive after installation.

If you purchased in rolls

We accept returns of either the entire or partial rolls if they meet these conditions. The warranty protecting against changes in the physical properties of UltraWeave Shield 1.0 is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

If you purchased fabricated shades

For UltraWeave Shield 1.0 that is fabricated into shades and sold by Harmony Furnishing, we guarantee that the fabric will not lose its functionality due to changes in its physical properties. The warranty protecting against changes in the physical properties of UltraWeave Shield 1.0 is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Should UltraWeave Shield 1.0 be found defective, Harmony Furnishing will replace it with an equivalent amount of fabric, free of any additional charges.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to cover any labor costs or other incidental expenses related to the disassembly, return, or reinstallation of the UltraWeave Shield 1.0 fabric.

A-OK Motor

Harmony Furnishing Pte Ltd proudly presents a comprehensive warranty for A-OK motors, underscoring our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Here’s a detailed overview of the warranty:

5-Year Comprehensive Warranty:

A-OK motors are warranted for 5 years against manufacturing defects in hardware, materials, and parts. This includes:

  • All Standard mechanical AC tubular motors
  • All internal mechanisms.
  • Components and brackets.
  • Motorised components.

2-Year Warranty on Control Systems:

A-OK motors are warranted for 5 years against manufacturing defects in hardware, materials, and parts. This includes:

  • All Standard electronic AC/DC tubular motors.

1-Year Warranty on Control Systems:

In addition to the motors, we provide a 1-year warranty for the control system of the A-OK motors. This covers:

  • Lithium battery.

The warranty period begins from the date the installation is completed on-site.

Service and Support

  • Onsite servicing is covered for the first year. After this period, charges will apply for transportation, delivery, scaffolding, and labor.

The warranty protecting against changes in the physical properties of UltraWeave Shield 1.0 is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Should UltraWeave Shield 1.0 be found defective, Harmony Furnishing will replace it with an equivalent amount of fabric, free of any additional charges.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to cover any labor costs or other incidental expenses related to the disassembly, return, or reinstallation of the UltraWeave Shield 1.0 fabric.

The Versa 38 Chain System comes with a 1 year warranty commencing from the date of installation and covers all parts and labour. We warrant the fabric to be free from defects for a period of 2 weeks commencing from the date of installation.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear

Usage aside from normal, proper and reasonable manner

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out

Misuse, abuse negligence or accident however caused to product

Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product

By force majeure (lightning, floods, war, etc.)

All the related cost incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to spare parts cost, maintenance cost, delivery, etc.) shall be borne by the Buyer

During the warranty period, if the product or any relevant parts is found to be defective, The buyer of the product or his/her assignee (“consumer”) shall not be charged (whether for parts, labor or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective product during the warranty period. All the replaced parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of Harmony Furnishing.

The warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced product/ part shall continue until the expiration of the remaining warranty period.
