Warranty Coverage

  • Chain System: 1-year warranty covering all parts and labor, commencing from the date of installation.
  • Fabric: 2-week warranty against defects, commencing from the date of installation.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Usage outside of normal, proper, and reasonable operation
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or modification
  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., lightning, floods, war, etc.)
  • All incidental or related costs (including but not limited to spare parts, maintenance, delivery, etc.)—these are the responsibility of the buyer

Repairs and Replacements

  • During the warranty period, if the product or any relevant part is found to be defective, Harmony Furnishing will repair or replace it at no charge for parts or labor.
  • All replaced parts or equipment become the property of Harmony Furnishing.
  • The warranty for any repaired or replaced product/part continues only until the expiration of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Harmony Furnishing is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, losses, costs, or expenses related to the product.
