Quality Assurance

Upon delivery, UltraWeave Shield 1.0 is guaranteed to fulfill our high criteria in weave pattern, dimensions, strength, and color.

Durability Against Environmental Conditions

We assure that UltraWeave Shield 1.0 will retain its functional quality and not deteriorate under standard environmental conditions.

• This warranty does not cover damages arising from external factors or the natural fading of color over time.

If you purchased in rolls

If you purchase UltraWeave Shield 1.0 in roll form, any issues with weave pattern, size, strength, or color must be reported immediately upon delivery, and before any cutting or installation is done. We accept returns of either the entire or partial rolls if they meet these conditions. The warranty protecting against changes in the physical properties of UltraWeave Shield 1.0 is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

If you purchased fabricated shades

For UltraWeave Shield 1.0 that is fabricated into shades and sold by Harmony Furnishing, we guarantee that the fabric will not lose its functionality due to changes in its physical properties. The warranty protecting against changes in the physical properties of UltraWeave Shield 1.0 is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Should UltraWeave Shield 1.0 be found defective, Harmony Furnishing will replace it with an equivalent amount of fabric, free of any additional charges.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to cover any labor costs or other incidental expenses related to the disassembly, return, or reinstallation of the UltraWeave Shield 1.0 fabric.
