Service Guarantee
Product Warranty
- We warrant our products against defects in hardware and installation.
- During the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace any defects at no charge. Please note, certain exceptions may apply as detailed in your individual quotation. This quotation, along with the limitations outlined in this document, will constitute the final terms of the warranty.
Warranty Period
- The warranty starts from the date the product installation is completed at your premises.
Included Services During Warranty
1. Technical Assistance:
- We ensure immediate assistance, offering responsive support through WhatsApp or phone, with a guarantee of addressing your queries either within the same or the next working day.
- Should an issue remain unresolved after phone consultation, we’ll schedule an on-site visit within 10 working days.
- We’ll cover the transport and administrative costs for sending our technical staff to your location for an in-depth evaluation, unless your signed contract specifies differently.
2. We will coordinate with the fabricator or manufacturer to arrange and obtain any necessary replacement parts, without any additional cost to the client, unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement.
3. Any defective hardware components under warranty will be replaced free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
- This warranty applies only to products purchased from Harmony Furnishing Pte Ltd.
- Proof of purchase must be provided upon request for validation.
- This warranty is valid only when the products are fully paid for.
- Our team must have access to the defective products for inspection and repair.
- In some cases we may bring in the manufacturer’s representatives for an evaluation.
Limitations of Warranty
- This warranty does not include the removal or disposal of any system.
- The warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from:
- Normal wear and tear such as color fastness, minor fraying at edges, slight loosening or wear at pull chain (if applicable), and dust accumulation.
- Usage aside from normal, proper and reasonable manner
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out. This includes, but not limited to, changing structural components, using non-approved parts, or altering the system that deviates from the product’s intended use and design as specified by Harmony Furnishing.
- Misuse, abuse negligence or accident however caused to product
- Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alternation or modification of the product
- By force majeure (lightning, floods, war, etc.)
Non-Covered Items
- Items not included in warranty coverage
- Software or firmware updates for motorized blinds or accessories.
Recycling Commitment Statement
We are committed to environmental responsibility. As part of our service, we ensure that any replaceable parts are sent to relevant companies for recycling wherever possible, minimizing waste and supporting sustainable practices.
